Faizah Latif

Faizah Latif is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. She completed her Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from the University of Windsor in 2023. As the Clinical Director at Duha Therapy, Faizah works to integrate Islamic and psychological foundations to promote the well-being of clients. She also works at the Darling Home for Kids as a Social Worker, supporting families with caregiver support as they manage children with medical complexities.

Faizah has developed work and volunteer experience serving children, youth, and women populations, building resilience, collaboration, and empowerment within these groups. She has a focus on supporting individuals with mental health needs, crisis support, counseling, facilitating support groups, and providing community resources to enhance the quality of life for the clients she works with.

To complement Faizah's clinical experience, she greatly values self-development and is an innovative leader. She is passionate about positive change and participating in creative projects to serve her community. She is a mental health advocate, enjoys writing, and story-telling, and seeks to inspire and motivate those around her. Faizah's ultimate goal is to develop individuals in realizing their full potential and to raise awareness towards stigmatized topics within communities.
