Therapy is a supportive process where you and your therapist will work together to understand your feelings and challenges.
In your sessions, you’ll talk about what’s on your mind, and your therapist will help you explore your thoughts and emotions. Your therapist will use different techniques to develop coping strategies, address any past traumas, and work towards your personal goals.
Think of it as a safe space where you can express yourself freely and gain insights to make positive changes in your life. Our goal is to help you feel better and achieve a sense of well-being.
-
A session starts at $160 +.
We also offer a sliding scale, student rates, and low-cost therapy! For more information, email us at counselling@naseeha.net.

We encourage a 15-minute free consultation to determine if a therapist is a good fit!

Therapy often provides a comforting and encouraging environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly, without fear of being judged.
At first, it may seem intimidating to open up, but as you establish a connection with your therapist, it tends to become more manageable.
Many individuals find therapy to be a blend of relief, as they lighten their emotional load, and challenge, as they face tough emotions and past experiences. It serves as a journey of self-exploration, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of your actions and learn new ways to cope.
In the end, therapy can be a source of empowerment and healing, making you feel more understood and better prepared to tackle life's challenges.

An average session is 50 minutes in length. You can also book an extended 80 minute session!
