Ride For Mental Health
A 35 kilometre charity cycle along the lakeshore, raising funds for the only 24/7 Muslim helpline.
Every kilometre keeps the helpline open.
When someone reaches their lowest point at 2 in the morning, Naseeha is the call that gets answered. We run the only 24/7 faith based helpline for Muslims in North America, and it stays open because the community keeps it open.
This is one day on the water that funds a year of someone, somewhere, knowing they are not alone. You bring the legs. We will be there to pick up the phone.
35 flat kilometres along Lake Ontario.
You start in Mississauga and finish in Scarborough, with a fuel stop in between. Ride it solo, with friends, or as a team. The pace is yours.
Every dollar reaches someone who needs it.
Your $25 covers your spot on the day. Your fundraising is what keeps the helpline open.
We ask each rider to aim for $350. That goal is not a number on a page. It is a young person sitting alone with anxiety at midnight, a parent who does not know where to turn, someone who reaches their lowest moment and finds a voice that understands both their faith and their pain. Every dollar you raise goes straight into mental health support for the Muslim community, the kind of care that is too often out of reach.
