Why we ride

Every kilometre keeps the helpline open.

When someone reaches their lowest point at 2 in the morning, Naseeha is the call that gets answered. We run the only 24/7 faith based helpline for Muslims in North America, and it stays open because the community keeps it open.

This is one day on the water that funds a year of someone, somewhere, knowing they are not alone. You bring the legs. We will be there to pick up the phone.

What your ride funds

Every dollar reaches someone who needs it.

Your $25 covers your spot on the day. Your fundraising is what keeps the helpline open.

We ask each rider to aim for $350. That goal is not a number on a page. It is a young person sitting alone with anxiety at midnight, a parent who does not know where to turn, someone who reaches their lowest moment and finds a voice that understands both their faith and their pain. Every dollar you raise goes straight into mental health support for the Muslim community, the kind of care that is too often out of reach.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need my own bike?+
Yes, please bring your own bike. A helmet is required for everyone, no exceptions, so make sure you have one that fits.
Can beginners take part?+
Absolutely. The route is flat and the pace is entirely yours. There is a fuel stop at the halfway point with snacks, so you can take it one stretch at a time.
Can I ride as a team?+
Yes, and we love it. Gather friends, family, or your masjid, register together, and fundraise as a group toward a shared goal.
Is the $25 my donation?+
No. The $25 holds your spot and covers snacks and your goody bag. Your fundraising is what supports the helpline, and every dollar of it goes toward keeping the helpline open.
What happens if it rains?+
We will email everyone who is registered with weather updates ahead of the day. Keep an eye on your inbox as August 22 approaches.
